We have worked closely with our customers to develop onsite and offsite methodologies for calibrating specialized equipment on premises. By doing this we have greatly enhanced the service turn-around time for our customers and increase their capacity for production.

Airborne Laser Particle Counter Calibration Services

We offer onsite and offsite laser particle counter calibration services in accordance to ISO 21501-4. The laser particle counter calibration service performed, provides testing in the range of 0.3 and 0.5 microns up to 5.0 micron. Meeting the requirements of cleanroom controlled environments operating in accordance ISO 14644. Our calibration group is capable of support all makes and models, including but not limited to: Hach, MetOne, Climet, Particle Measuring Systems, Lighthouse, Kanomax, Biotest, etc...
Biological Air Sampler Calibration Services

The biological air sampler calibration services we provide our customers greatly reduces turn-around time by offering both onsite and offsite servicing options. The air sampler calibration consists of: time, flow rate, volume, and depending on the make and model some air samplers will be tested for relevant and non-relevant flow rates.
We can support many different air sampler manufactures including but not limited to: BioScience International PBI SAS 90, PBI SAS 100, and the PBI SAS 180 Air Samplers, EMD Millipore MAS-100, BioTest RCS Air Samplers, the Air IDEAL from bioMerieux, and more...
We use OEM standards to support these specialized calibrations and when an air samplers requires service from the OEM we waive our charges and support the transfer of the air sampler to the OEM at no additional cost to our customers. We want to make sure you get your equipment back into operation as quick as possible
GE KAYE Validator 2000 On-site Calibration Services

Our GE KAYE Validator calibration services have been designed to reduce the cost of ownership by fulfilling our customers' calibration service requirements on-site.
Additionally, we have created a extensive onsite calibration service platform further providing ways for our customers to reduce and contain the cost of vendor management. Some customers have been able to replace 10 to 15 different vendors by using our one source platform.
Sartorius BioSealer and BioWelder Calibration Services

Providing onsite support of your Sartorius BioWelder and BioSealer Calibration and Qualification services. Our biowelder and biosealer calibration service provides you with quick turn-around and equipment availability. Our biowelder and biosealer calibration consists of temperature calibrations throughout the systems operating range of 200°C to 400°C and certifies conformance with the OEMs specified acceptance criteria.
Micro Plate Reader Calibration Services

The specialized calibration service platform has invested in both training and NIST Traceable equipment to support Molecular Device and BioTek Micro Plate Reader Calibration and Qualification services. Our calibration and qualification service ensures your device is operating within the specifications established by the OEM and /or your process requirements.
Osmometer Calibration Services
​
Our osmometer calibration and qualification service includes the routine servicing of the both the fix volume pipette and the osmometer. We confirm linearity, accuracy, and repeatability on all osmometer calibrations and qualifications.
Our osmometer calibration service confirms accuracy and repeatability. We run 10 samples of the Clinitrol™ 290 Reference standard, with an expected average of result between 286 to 294 mOsm/kg H20 and a Standard Deviation of < 2 mOsm/kg H20.
Thermo/Thermal Cycler Calibration Services

Our calibration and maintenance service platform was built to offer our customers a One-Source solution for all their calibration and pm requirements. In order to fulfill this we built a Specialized Calibration Service product line that makes up the third pillar to our calibration department.
We work closely with our customers to develop the onsite expertise designed to drive down the long-term cost of such specialized equipment calibrations.
UV-VIS Spectrophotometer Calibration Services
Our calibration and maintenance service platform was built to offer our customers a One-Source solution for all their calibration and pm requirements. In order to fulfill this we built a Specialized Calibration Service product line that makes up the third pillar to our calibration department.
