PRESSURE CALIBRATION
Pressure calibrations within the Quantus Metrology Center are performed with a high accuracy full automated pressure controller. This method reduces calibration uncertainty for higher accuracy calibrations at the following ranges:

AIRBORNE LASER PARTICLE COUNTER CALIBRATION
ISO 21501-4 airborne laser particle counter calibration service provides testing in the range of 0.3 and 0.5 microns up to 5.0 micron. This metrology service ensures you meet the requirements of controlled clean room environments operating in accordance ISO 14644.

BIOLOGICAL AIR SAMPLER CALIBRATION
Biological Air Sampler Calibration consists of time, flow rate, volume, and, depending on the make and model, some air samplers will be tested for relevant and non-relevant flow rates.

TEMPERATURE DATALOGGER CALIBRATION
Using high-accuracy PRTs with controlled temperature baths for external sensors, and temperature test chambers with RTD multiplexers, our metrology lab is capable of testing temperature data loggers with the following ranges and accuracies.

TEMPERATURE & HUMIDITY DATALOGGER CALIBRATION
Our metrology center uses High Accuracy Temperature and Humidity sensors and (5) Controlled Test Chambers, + (2) Standby Chambers (for business continuity & rush turnaround). With this capacity, our metrology services are capable of processing 100s of logger calibrations while maintaining very precise uniformity across the batch.

STOPWATCH & TIMER CALIBRATION
Time-based stopwatch and timer calibrations are performed with a standard that utilizes oscillating crystal technology and an acoustic pickup microphone.
This NIST Traceable standard picks up on the internal frequency of the UUT timing devices, and can accurately detect timers errors down to 0.03 sec/day.
Our metrology lab offers calibration support for any digital timing device.
